Vegetarian Dumpling
Pangsit Vegetarian
材料
- 餃子皮200g
- 粉絲50g
- 紅蘿蔔50g
- 韭菜20g
- 豆腐一磚
調味料
- 橄欖油一茶匙
- 鹽半茶匙
- 麻油一茶匙
- 糖半茶匙
醃料
做法
- 粉絲先浸水然後剪碎
- 紅蘿蔔切絲、韭菜切粒,加1茶匙鹽靜待10分鐘,搾出多餘水份
- 準備大碗混合韭菜、粉絲、豆腐攪爛,
- 加入調味料一同攪拌
- 放入餡料在餃子皮上,沾上少許水在邊緣
- 冷鍋落油,放上餃子倒入3湯匙水,加蓋中火煮約5-7分鐘即可

- Rice Vermicelli 50g
- Carrot 50g
- Chives 20g
- Tofu 1
Seasoning
- Olive oil – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
- Sesame oil -1 teaspoon
- Sugar – 1/2 teaspoon
Marinade
Cooking Method
- Rice vermicelli is soaked in water until soft and chopped
- Shredded the carrots and diced the chives, mix with 1tsp of salt, set aside. Then squeeze out the water from chives.
- Mix the rice vermicelli, chives and tofu(smashed) in large bowl.
- Mix with seasonings
- Place the filing on wrap, and dampen the edge of the wrapper with water, make 4-5 pleat
- Spread the oil in cold pan, place the dumpling, pour in 3tbsp of water. Cover the lid, cook for 5-7mins with med-heat. Serve.
Bahan
- Bungkus pangsit beras 200g
- Bihun Beras 50g
- Wortel 50g
- Daun bawang 20g
- Tahu 1
Bumbu Perendam
- Minyak zaitun-1 sendok teh
- Garam – 1/2 sendok teh
- Minyak wijen -1 sendok teh
- Gula – 1/2 sendok teh
Mengasinkan
Metode memasak
- Bihun beras direndam dalam air sampai lunak dan dipotong-potong
- Parut wortel dan potong dadu daun bawang, campur dengan 1 sdt garam, sisihkan, lalu peras airnya.
- Campur bihun, daun bawang dan tahu (dihancurkan) dalam mangkuk besar.
- Campur dengan bumbu
- Tempatkan filing di atas bungkus, dan basahi tepi bungkus dengan air, buat 4-5 lipatan
- Tuang minyak ke dalam wajan dingin, letakkan pangsit, tuangkan 3 sdm air, tutup, masak selama 5-7 menit dengan api sedang. dan siap Sajikan.
