Tom Yum daging cincang
材料
- 碎豬肉300g
- 馬蹄四粒切碎
調味料
- 冬陰功醬20g
- 糖一茶匙
- 生粉一茶匙
- 鹽半茶匙
- 水一湯匙
醃料
做法
- 將馬蹄去皮,切小粒
- 將調味料與豬肉拌勻
- 將馬蹄攪拌在豬肉內
- 將豬肉放上碟上
- 蒸20分鐘即可

- Chinese water chestnut 4 – minced
Seasoning
- Tom Yum paste 20g
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Potato flour 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Water 1 teaspoon
Marinade
Cooking Method
- Stir the Chinese water chestnut with the minced pork.
- Then stir all seasoning and steam for 20 mins. Serve.
Bahan
- Daging babi cincang 300g
- air kacang Cina 4 – dicincang
Bumbu Perendam
- Pasta Tom Yum 20g
- Gula 1 sendok teh
- Tepung jagung 1 sendok teh
- Garam 1/2 sendok teh
- Minyak 1 sendok teh
Mengasinkan
Metode memasak
- Aduk kastanye air Cina dengan daging babi cincang.
- Kemudian aduk semua bumbu dan kukus selama 20 menit. Dan siap di hidangkan.
