- 豬頸肉一件
- 泰式雞醬 豬頸肉
調味料
醃料
- 美極豉油半湯匙
- 魚露半湯匙
- 糖一湯匙
做法
- 豬頸肉醃30分鐘。
- 慢火落油調至中火,將兩面煎至金黄色至熟。然後自行沾泰式雞醬來食用。完成。

Marinade
- Maggi Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp
- Fish Sauce 1/2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
Cooking Method
- Marinate the pork jowl meat for 30mins.
- Heat the oil in wok, pan-fry the pork jowl meat until fully cooked and golden. Then apply the Thai’s chicken sauce. Serve.
