Thai Coconut Chicken Soup
Sup Ayam Kelapa Thailand
材料
- 雞扒 300g
- 椰漿 20ml
- 南姜 1塊
- 檸檬葉 6塊
- 香茅 2條
- 草菇 6粒
- 水 400ml
- 青檸 1個
調味料
- 椰糖 1茶匙
- 魚露 1茶匙
- 鹽 適量
醃料
做法
- 南薑去皮切小塊,香茅拍散切段。
- 將南薑、香茅、水與椰汁放入鍋內,煮10分鐘至出味
- 雞扒切小塊及草菇切半。
- 放入椰汁雞湯中,煮5分鐘至全熟
- 加入撕開的檸檬葉、調味料。最後灑入青檸汁即可
Ingredient
- Chicken Chop 300g
- Coconut milk 200ml
- Galangal 1pc
- Lime leaves 6pcs
- Lemongrass 2sticks
- Straw Mushroom 6pcs
- Water 400ml
- Lime 1pc
Seasoning
- Coconut sugar 1tsp
- Fish Sauce 1 tsp
- Salt a pinch
Marinade
Cooking Method
- Peel and cut the galangal, crush the lemongrass and cut into 3inches long
- Place water, coconut milk, galangal and lemongrass in a pot, simmer for 10mins.
- Cut the chicken into small pieces, cut the straw mushroom in half.
- Add to soup, boil for 5min to fully cooked.
- Add in lime leaves(crushed), seasonings. Squeeze in the lime juices. Mix and serve.
Bahan
- Potongan Ayam 300g
- Santan 200ml
- Lengkuas 1 pc
- Kapur meninggalkan 6pcs
- 2 batang sereh
- Jamur 6pcs Jerami
- Air 400ml
- Kapur 1 pc
Bumbu Perendam
- Gula kelapa 1tsp
- Saus Ikan 1 sdt
- Garam sedikit
Mengasinkan
Metode memasak
- Kupas dan potong lengkuas, hancurkan serai dan potong menjadi 3 inci
- Tempatkan air, santan, lengkuas dan serai dalam pot, didihkan selama 10 menit.
- Potong ayam menjadi potongan-potongan kecil, potong jamur jerami menjadi dua.
- Tambahkan ke sup, rebus selama 5 menit hingga matang sepenuhnya.
- Tambahkan daun jeruk nipis (dihancurkan), bumbu. Peras jus jeruk nipis. Campur dan sajikan.
