Bola daging sapi kukus Tangerine
材料
- 牛絞肉300g
- 陳皮1瓣 (泡水)
- 馬蹄3粒
- 芫茜 少許
調味料
- 糖1茶匙
- 胡椒粉 適量
- 生抽 適量
- 紹興酒1湯匙
- 油1湯匙
醃料
做法
- 芫茜、陳皮與馬蹄切碎
- 將牛肉與馬蹄、芫茜、調味料拌勻
- 加入陳皮與浸泡水約2湯匙拌勻
- 將牛肉搓成球狀
- 將甘荀片鋪底放上牛肉球,加入3湯匙水
- 中小火煮約10分鐘即可

Marinade
Cooking Method
- Soak the dried tangerine peel until soften, chop the coriander stem and water chestnut; minced the beef, and cut the fat pork into small pieces.
- Mix the beef with seasonings, then add fat pork, water chestnut, coriander, dried tangerine peel and a little oil.
- Put the beef on the plate, steam for 5-8 mins, sprinkle some coriander on it. serve.

- Kulit jeruk keping kering 5g
- air kastanye 3 pcs
- Ketumbar 1tsp
Bumbu Perendam
- tepung kentang 1 sdm
- Kecap 1tsp
- Anggur Shaoxing 1tbsp
- 1 sdm minyak
- gula 1tsp
- Lada sedikit
- air 2 sdm
Mengasinkan
Metode memasak
- Rendam kulit jeruk keprok kering sampai melunak, potong batang ketumbar dan kastanye air, cincang daging sapi, dan potong lemak babi menjadi potongan-potongan kecil.
- Campur daging sapi dengan bumbu, lalu tambahkan daging babi lemak, kastanye air, ketumbar, kulit jeruk keprok kering dan sedikit minyak.
- Letakkan daging sapi di atas piring, kukus selama 5-8 menit, taburkan ketumbar di atasnya. Dan siap di hidangkan .
