做法
- 腩排用老抽、鹽及紹興酒醃15分鐘。
- 各材料放煲內,加少許水,以慢火煲30分鐘至淋身。完成

Seasoning
- Dark Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Xiaoxing Wine 1 tbsp

- Salt 1 tsp
Marinade
Cooking Method
- Spareribs marinated with soy sauce, salt and Shaoxing wine for 15 minutes.
