Stir-fry beef with young ginger & pineapple
Tumis daging sapi dengan jahe muda & nanas
材料
- 酸薑片3両
- 青椒角1両
- 紅椒角1両
- 牛肉6両切片
- 菠蘿4両
調味料
- 酸甜汁一湯匙
- 鹽半茶匙
- 糖一茶匙
醃料
- 生粉一湯匙
- 生抽一茶匙
- 糖一茶匙
做法
- 牛肉醃30分鐘後再加入一茶匙生油撈勻。
- 慢火落油調至中火,先將牛肉炒熟倒起.加入薑、菠蘿、椒及調味料再加入牛肉炒勻。完成。

- Beef 230g – slice
- Pineapple 155g
Seasoning
- Sweet and Sour Sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
Marinade
- Potato Flour 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
Cooking Method
- Marinate the beef for 30mins, then add 1 tsp of oil and stir well.
- Slow fire heat the oil in wok then turn to medium, sautéed the beef and set aside, sautéed the ginger, pineapple, bell peppers and all seasonings, add in the beef then stir-fry. Serve.

- Irisan Jahe Asam 115g
- paprika hijau 38g
- paprika merah 38g
- Daging Sapi 230g – potong
- Nanas 155g
Bumbu Perendam
- Manis dan Saus Asam 1 sdm
- Gula 1 sdt
- Garam 1 sdt
Mengasinkan
- Tepung Kentang 1 sdm
- Kecap 1 sdt
- Gula 1 sdt
Metode memasak
- Rendam daging sapi selama 30 menit, kemudian tambahkan 1 sdt minyak dan aduk rata.
- Panaskan minyak dalam wajan, tumis daging sapi, tambahkan jahe, nanas, paprika dan semua bumbu, lalu tumis. dan siap di hidangkan.
