Stir Fry beef & Choi Sum with Shacha Sauce
Tumis Daging Sapi & Choi Sum dengan Saus Shacha
材料
- 牛肉200g
- 菜心半斤
調味料
- 沙茶醬1湯匙
- 鹽1/2茶匙
醃料
- 蠔油1湯匙
- 酒1湯匙
- 水1茶匙
- 油1茶匙
- 生粉1茶匙
做法
- 鑊內放入2湯匙水,放入菜心,灑上少許油和鹽,加蓋中小火煮約6-7分鐘
- 醃牛肉約10分鐘
- 冷鑊落油燒熱,炒香牛肉,放沙茶醬煮熟後淋上菜面
Ingredient

- Choi Sum 300g
- Garlic 2 tbsp
Seasoning
- Shacha Sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Corn Flour 1 tsp
Marinade
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Wine 1 tbsp
- Ginger juice1 tsp
- Oil 1 tsp
Cooking Method
- Add 2 tbsp of water into the pan, then put the choi sum in, sprinkle little oil and salt, cover it and simmer with medium low heat for 6-7mins.
- Marinate the beef for 10mins.
- Heat the oil in wok, sauteed the beef, add in shacha sauce and stir well. Apply on choi sum, serve.
Bahan
- Daging Sapi 200g
- Choi Sum 300g
- Bawang putih 2 sdm
Bumbu Perendam
- Saus Shacha 1 sdm
- Garam 1/2 sdt
- Tepung Jagung 1 sdt
Mengasinkan
- Saus tiram 1 sdm
- Anggur 1 sdm
- Jus jahe 1 sdt
- Minyak 1 sdt
Metode memasak
- Tambahkan 2 sdm air ke dalam panci, lalu masukkan choi sum, taburi sedikit minyak dan garam, tutup dan didihkan dengan api kecil sedang selama 6-7 menit.
- Marinasi daging selama 10 menit.
- Panaskan minyak dalam wajan, tumis daging sapi, tambahkan saus shacha dan aduk rata. Oleskan pada choi sum, sajikan.
