Stir-fried Chicken in Black Bean Sauce

- 雞扒1塊
- 洋蔥1/2個
- 青椒1/2個
- 豆豉1茶匙
- 蒜蓉1茶匙
- 辣椒2隻
調味料
- 鹽半茶匙
- 糖半茶匙
- 酒一茶匙
醃料
做法
- 將雞扒切塊、青椒和洋蔥切條
- 冷鑊下油,待油熱後,放入雞扒慢火煎及加入洋蔥、青椒
- 放入蒜蓉、豆豉、辣椒炒香及調味料炒均即可

Marinade
Cooking Method
- Chop the chicken steak, cut the pepper and onion in stripes.
- Add oil into cold Wok, after the oil start smoking, Add in the chicken, pan-fried in med-low heat. Add in onion and pepper
- Add the black bean, chopped garlic, chopped chili and seasonings and stir- well. Serve.

- Lada hijau 1/2
- Kacang hitam 1 sdt
- Bawang Putih Cincang 1 sdt
- cabai 2
Bumbu Perendam
- Garam 1/2 sendok teh
- Gula 1/2 sendok teh
- Anggur 1 sendok teh
Mengasinkan
Metode memasak
- Potong steak ayam, potong merica dan bawang bombay.
- Masukkan minyak ke dalam wajan dingin, setelah minyak mulai berasap, masukkan ayam, goreng dengan api sedang, masukkan bawang bombay dan merica.
- Tambahkan kacang hitam, bawang putih cincang, cabai cincang dan bumbu, aduk rata.
