Steamed Taro with Chicken Legs
Taro Kukus dengan Kaki Ayam

- 炸鳳爪10隻
- 芋頭150g
- 豆豉一湯匙
- 蒜蓉一湯匙
調味料
- 鹽半茶匙
- 糖半茶匙
- 酒一茶匙
醃料
- 生抽一湯匙
- 酒一湯匙
- 鹽少許
做法
- 雞腳洗淨,放入醃料醃30分鐘。
- 將豆豉與蒜頭剁碎
- 芋頭去皮洗淨,切成小塊鋪在碟底
- 將雞腳放上芋頭,灑上豆豉蒜蓉
- 隔水蒸15分鐘即可

- Chopped garlic – 1 tablespoon

Marinade
- Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
- wine – 1 tablespoon
- salt – little
Cooking Method
- Washed and drained the chicken feet, marinate for 30mins
- Finely chopped the black bean and garlic
- Peel and Cut the taro into pieces, place on the plate
- Place the chicken feet in taro, sprinkle in the black bean and garlic
- Steamed for 30mins. Serve.

- Talas 150g
- Kacang hitam-1 sendok makan
- Bawang putih cincang-1 sendok makan
Bumbu Perendam
Mengasinkan
- kecap asin-1 sendok makan
- anggur-1 sendok makan
- sedikit garam
Metode memasak
- Cuci dan tiriskan ceker ayam, marinasi selama 30 menit
- Cincang halus kacang hitam dan bawang putih
- Kupas dan potong-potong talas, taruh di piring
- Masukkan ceker ayam ke dalam talas, taburi kacang hitam dan bawang putih
- Kukus selama 30 menit. Sajikan.
