Steamed Stuffed Tofu with Olive Vegetable
Tahu Isi Kukus dengan Sayur Zaitun
材料

- 炸豆腐300g
- 雞肉80g
- 橄欖菜2湯匙
- 辣椒一隻
- 蔥花1湯匙
調味料
- 生抽兩茶匙
- 麻油少許
醃料
- 酒 1湯匙
- 鹽 1/2茶匙
做法
- 先將雞肉醃10分鐘,剁碎備用
- 豆腐切半,將雞肉鋪在豆腐上
- 再鋪上欖菜
- 冷鑊落油,放上豆腐,加入調味料及半杯水。中火煮10分鐘,灑上蔥花即可。

- Olive vegetable 2 tbsp

- Chopped Spring onion 20g
Seasoning
- Soy sauce 2 tsp
- Sesame oil small amount
Marinade
- Wine 1tbsp
- Salt 1/2tsp
Cooking Method
- marinate the chicken for 10mins, minced it.
- Cut the tofu in half, place the minced chicken on top.
- Place the olive vegetable on top.
- Spread the oil in cold pan, add in tofu, seasonings and 1/2cup of water. Cook for 10mins in med-heat. Sprinkle in spring onion. Serve.
Bahan
- Tahu Goreng 300g
- Ayam 80g
- Sayur zaitun 2 sdm
- cabai 1
- Daun bawang cincang 20g
Bumbu Perendam
- kecap asin 2 sdt
- Minyak wijen secukupnya
Mengasinkan
- Anggur 1 sdm
- Garam 1/2 sdt
Metode memasak
- marinasi ayam selama 10 menit, cincang.
- Potong tahu menjadi dua, letakkan ayam cincang di atasnya.
- Letakkan sayuran zaitun di atasnya.
- Panaskan minyak dalam wajan dingin, masukkan tahu, bumbu dan 1/2 gelas air. Masak selama 10 menit dengan api sedang. Taburi daun bawang. Sajikan.
