Steamed Pork Ribs with Beancurd and Plum
Iga Babi Kukus dengan kembang tahu and Plum
材料
- 腩排8両
- 豆卜2両
- 梅子4粒
- 葱花一湯匙
- 薑米一茶匙
調味料
- 酸甜汁一湯匙
- 糖一茶匙
- 鹽半茶匙
- 生粉一湯匙
醃料
做法
- 將梅子搓爛去核。
- 將各調味料放入排骨中撈勻,加入豆卜然後蒸15分鐘。灑上蔥花,完成。
Ingredient
- Spareribs 310g
- Bean curd 77g
- Plum 4 pieces
- Spring Onion 1 tbsp – dice
- Chopped Ginger 1 tsp
Seasoning
- Sweet and sour sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Potato Flour 1 tbsp
Marinade
Cooking Method
- Remove the seed and smash the plum.
- Mix all seasonings and the spareribs together, add in the bean curd then steam for 15mins. Serve.
Bahan

- kembang tahu 77g
- Plum 4 buah
- daun bawang 1 sdm – dadu
- Cincang Jahe 1 sdt
Bumbu Perendam
- Saus asam manis 1 sdm
- Gula 1 sdt
- Garam 1/2 sdt
- Tepung Kentang 1 sdm
Mengasinkan
Metode memasak
- Lepaskan biji dan hancurkan plum.
- Campur semua bumbu dan iga babi, lalu kukus selama 15 menit. Dan siap di hidangkan.
