Steamed Lobster with Garlic (Withoutwater)
Lobster Kukus dengan Bawang Putih (Tanpa Air)
材料
- 龍蝦仔 兩隻
- 蒜蓉 2湯匙
調味料
- 鹽半茶匙
- 糖一茶匙
- 胡椒粉少許
醃料
做法
- 龍蝦洗淨開邊,除去龍蝦的肝臟和胰腺。
- 先將薑片鋪底,再放上龍蝦。
- 將蒜蓉及鹽、糖、胡椒粉撈勻放龍蝦面。蓋上蓋調至中火,到氣門升起蒸約6分鐘。
- 最後灑上蔥花,完成。

- Chopped red chili peppers 80g
- Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
- Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp
- Chopped Spring onion 2 pcs
Seasoning
- Salt 1/2 tbsp
- Crystal Sugar 155g
- Pepper – little
Marinade
Cooking Method
- Lobster washed and cut it to half, remove lobster’s liver and pancreas.
- Spread the ginger slice on the pan, put the lobster.
- Mixed the salt, sugar, pepper and garlic and apply on the top of the lobsters. Cover it and adjust to medium heat until the valve rings, cook for about 6 mins.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onion, serve.
Bahan
- Satu kepala ikan/ lobster
- Cabai cincang merah 80g
- Cincang Bawang Putih 1 sdm
- Cincang Jahe 1 sdm
- Cincang daun bawang 2 pcs
Bumbu Perendam
- Garam 1/2 sdm
- Gula Kristal 155g
- Lada – sedikit
Mengasinkan
Metode memasak
- Lobster dicuci dan dipotong menjadi dua, lepaskan hati dan pankreas lobster.
- Oleskan irisan jahe di wajan, masukkan lobster.
- Campur garam, gula, merica dan bawang putih dan oleskan di atas lobster. Tutup dan sesuaikan dengan api sedang sampai katup berdering, masak sekitar 6 menit.
- Taburi dengan bawang hijau cincang, dan siap di hidangkan .
