Steamed Chicken with Vegetables
Ayam Kukus dengan Sayuran
材料
- 雞1隻
- 芥蘭12條
- 雞湯200克 (用蒸雞出的汁)
- 薑數片
- 蔥少許
調味料
- 胡椒粉少許
- 麻油少許
- 生粉少許
醃料
做法
- 先將薑片、蔥鋪電飯煲底,之後放入雞腳及雞。
- 蓋上蓋煮35分鐘,先調至180C;大約10分鐘氣門升起後,調至130C。
- 菜用細火加一湯匙水煮5分鐘,煮熟伴邊。
- 雞用餘溫燜煮多10分鐘。
- 煮熱雞汁,加入胡椒粉、麻油,最後加生粉拌勻。淋上雞上面。完成。

- Ginger – few slices
- Spring Onion -few strips
Seasoning
- Pepper – little
- Sesame Oil – little
- Potato Flour – little
Marinade
Cooking Method
- Put the ginger and spring onion on the MP5, then put in the chicken feet and chicken.
- Cover it and cook for 35 minutes with 180C, after 10 minutes, the valve rise adjusted to 130C.
- Cook the kale with a spoonful of water for 5 minutes with a fine fire, blanch the vegetables and set on dish.
- Chicken cooked for another 10 mins with residual temperature.
- Heat the chicken juice essence, add in pepper and sesame oil, add the potato flour and mix well. Pour on the chicken. Serve.

- Jahe – beberapa irisan
- daun bawang – iris strip
Bumbu Perendam
- Lada – sedikit
- Minyak Wijen – sedikit
- Tepung Kentang – sedikit
Mengasinkan
Metode memasak
- Oleskan jahe dan pegas di wajan, tuang ke dalam air dan masukkan ayam, tutup dan didihkan selama 20-25 menit dengan api kecil.
- Rebus sayuran dan atur di atas piring.
- Panaskan kaldu ayam, campur semua bumbu dan kaldu ayam, lalu tuang ke atas ayam. Dan siap di hidangkan.
