Steamed Chicken with Red Dates, Black Fungus and Lycium

- 紅棗6粒
- 杞子少許
- 雲耳少許

- 鹽半茶匙
- 蠔油一湯匙
- 生粉一湯匙
- 糖一茶匙
- 花鵰酒一茶匙
- 麻油半茶匙
- 胡椒粉少許
醃料
做法
- 雞肉洗淨切件備用。紅棗一開二,雲耳洗淨浸水。
- 將調味料、雲耳和雞件一同撈匀。
- 將紅棗及杞子放在雞肉上面,蒸約12分鐘。完成。

- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
- Potato Flour 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Xiaoxing Wine 1 tsp
- Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp
- Pepper – little
Marinade
Cooking Method
- Wash and cut the chicken in pieces. Cut the red dates in half, wash and soak the black fungus.
- Mix the seasonings, black fungus and chicken together.
- Apply the red dates and lycium on the chicken, steam for 12mins. Serve.

- Daging Ayam 460g
- Tanggal Merah 6 buah
- Lycium – sedikit
- Jamur Hitam – kecil
Bumbu Perendam
- Garam 1/2 sdt
- Saus Tiram 1 sdm
- Tepung Kentang 1 sdm
- Gula 1 sdt
- Xiaoxing Wine 1 sdt
- Minyak Wijen 1/2 sdt
- Lada – sedikit
Mengasinkan
Metode memasak
- Cuci dan potong ayam menjadi potongan-potongan. Potong kurma merah menjadi dua, cuci dan rendam jamur hitam.
- Campur bumbu, jamur hitam dan ayam bersamaan.
- Oleskan kurma merah dan lycium pada ayam, kukus selama 12 menit. Melayani.
