Steam Meat-Loaf with Shiitake Mushroom
Kukus daging babi yg di haluskan dgn Jamur
材料
- 乾冬菇2粒
- 豬梅肉6両(切碎)
調味料
- 鹽半茶匙
- 糖一茶匙
- 麻油半茶匙
- 生粉2湯匙
- 胡椒粉少許
- 水50克
醃料
做法
- 乾冬菇浸軟揸乾水切粒。
- 將冬菇、調味料和水一齊放入肉內攪拌至起膠,再放入一茶匙生油攪勻,然後蒸約10分鐘。時間視乎肉餅厚薄。完成。

- Dried Shiitake Mushroom 2 cloves
- Pork Collar-butt 230g – minced
Seasoning
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp
- Potato Flour 2 tbsp
- Pepper – little
- Water 50g
Marinade
Cooking Method
- Soak the Shiitake mushroom until soften, then absorb the extra water by kitchen tissue and dice.
- Mix the minced pork with the Shiitake mushroom, all seasonings and water until it turns sticky. Then pour in 1 tsp of oil and stir well.
- Steam for 10mins or more, depends on the thickness of the meat loaf. Serve.
Bahan
- Jamur Shiitake Kering 2 siung
- Daging babi (Collar-butt 230g – dihaluskan)
Bumbu Perendam
- Salt 1/2 sdt
- Gula 1 sdt
- Minyak Wijen 1/2 sdt
- Tepung Kentang 2 sdm
- Lada – sedikit
- Air 50g
Mengasinkan
Metode memasak
- Rendam jamur Shiitake hingga lunak, lalu serap air ekstra dengan tisu dapur dan dadu.
- Campur daging babi cincang dengan jamur Shiitake, semua bumbu dan air sampai lengket. Kemudian tuangkan dalam 1 sdt minyak dan aduk rata.
- Kukus selama 10 menit atau lebih, tergantung pada ketebalan roti daging. Dan siap di hidangkan .
