- 椒鹽粉 適量
醃料
- 薑 一茶匙
- 蔥 一茶匙
- 鹽 一茶匙
- 糖 一茶匙
做法
- 雞翼洗凈瀝乾水,用醃料醃30分鐘
- 冷鑊落油燒熱,放入雞翼中火煎至兩面金黃色倒起
- 冷鑊落油燒熱,爆香蔥花、薑米及椒鹽粉,加入雞翼炒勻,完成

Cooking Method
- Wash and drained chicken wings and marinade for 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil in wok, add in chicken wings and pan-fried both side until golden brown and set aside.
- . Heat the oil in wok, add in spring onion, ginger and Salt and pepper powder, add in the chicken wings and stir-fry. Serve.

- aram 1 sdt
- gula 1 sdt
Metode memasak
- Cuci dan tiriskan sayap ayam dan bumbui selama 30 menit.
- Panaskan minyak dalam wajan, tambahkan sayap ayam dan tumis kedua sisi sampai berwarna cokelat keemasan.
- Taburi dengan garam dan merica bubuk di atas piring. Dan siap di hidangkan .
