Ribeye Goreng dengan Minyak Daun Bawang & Hash Brown

- 肉眼扒 1塊
- 芫茜 1紮
- 蔥 1紮
- 薯仔 1個
- 白玉粉 1/6
- 鹽 少許
- 黑椒 少許

醃料
做法
- 薯仔洗淨去皮,蒸熟。
- 壓成薯蓉,混合白玉粉,搓成喜愛形狀,煎香。
- 預熱煎鍋,煎香牛扒,盛起
- 用攪拌器加入蔥、芫茜及少許水打碎
- 倒在碟中,牛扒放面即可。

Cooking Method
- Peel and steam the potato.
- Smash the potato and mix with Shiratama flour, shape it and pan-fried.
- Preheat the pan, pan-fried the ribeye, dish up.
- Blend the spring onion and coriander with water.
- Apply the spring onion oil on dish, then ribeye on top. Serve.

- Kentang 1
- Tepung Shiratama
- Slat-sedikit
- Lada Hitam-sedikit

Metode memasak
- Kupas dan kukus kentang.
- Hancurkan kentang dan campur dengan tepung Shiratama, bentuk dan goreng.
- Panaskan pan, goreng ribeye, angkat.
- Blender daun bawang dan ketumbar dengan air.
- Oleskan minyak daun bawang di piring, lalu ribeye di atasnya.
