Sup Mie Daging Kambing
材料
- 羊肉片200g
- 京蔥一條
- 薑絲一湯匙
- 排骨200g
- 刀削麵200g
調味料
- 沙茶醬一湯匙
- 糖一茶匙
- 鹽半茶匙
醃料
做法
- 排骨汆水,煲半小時用作上湯。
- 煮熟麵餅,放入上湯
- 冷鑊落油燒熱,炒香京蔥及薑絲
- 放入羊肉及調味料煮熟, 鋪上已煮熟的麵上即可

- Scallion 1 bunch
- Shredded Ginger 1 tablespoon
- Pork Ribs 200g
- Sliced Noodle 200g
Seasoning
- Shacha Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Marinade
Cooking Method
- Boil the pork ribs for half an hour and use as broth.
- Sautéed the ingredient and seasoning, add in the mutton.
- Put on the noodle when cooked, then pour the broth. Serve.
Bahan
- Irisan Daging Kambing 200g
- Daun bawang 1 tandan
- jahe 1 sendok makan
- Iga Babi 200g
- Irisan Mie 200g
Bumbu Perendam
- Saus Shacha 1 sendok makan
- Gula 1 sendok teh
- Garam 1/2 sendok teh
Mengasinkan
Metode memasak
- Rebus iga babi selama setengah jam dan gunakan sebagai sup tertinggi.
- Tumis bahan dan bumbu, tambahkan daging kambing.
- Taruh mie saat dimasak, lalu tuangkan sup tertinggi. Dan siap di hidangkan .
