Mixed Mushroom Stir-fry

Tumis Sayur Campur

材料

  1. 各式菇菌共1斤
  2. 蒜米1湯匙
  3. 豆板醬半湯匙

調味料

  1. 糖1茶匙
  2. 鹽1/2茶匙

醃料

做法

  1. 冷鑊下油調至中火，有少許煙便調到細火。
  2. 先將蒜米爆香加入雜菇同炒，蓋上蓋約3分鐘煮淋。
  3. 最後加入豆板醬及調味料炒勻。完成。

  2. Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
  3. Bean Paste 1/2 tbsp

Seasoning

  1. Sugar 1 tsp
  2. Salt 1/2 tsp

Marinade

Cooking Method

  1. Heat the oil in wok with medium heat, turn to low heat when smoke belch.
  2. Sautéed the garlic and the mushrooms, cover the lid for 3 minutes to boil.
  3. Add in the bean paste and seasonings and stir-fry. Serve.

Bahan

  1. Sayuran Campur 1 kati
  2. Pasta Kacang 1 sdm

Bumbu Perendam

  1. Gula 1 sdt
  2. Garam 1/2 sdt

Mengasinkan

Metode memasak

  1. Panaskan minyak dalam wajan dengan api sedang, nyalakan api kecil saat asap bersendawa.
  2. Tumis sayuran, lalu tambahkan kacang.
  3. Tambahkan pasta kacang dan bumbu dan tumis. dan siap di hidangkan .
