Korean Vermicelli Stir-fry

Tumis Bihun Korea

材料

    1. 肥牛100g
    2. 韓國粉絲 100g
    3. 胡蘿蔔 ½條
    4. 洋蔥 1/4個
    5. 蒜末 1茶匙
    6. 菠菜 1棵
    7. 香菇 2隻
    8. 木耳 5g

     

     

調味料

    1. 韓國醬油 2湯匙
    2. 糖 1湯匙
    3. 胡椒粉各少許
    4. 麻油 1茶匙

醃料

  1. 醬油 1茶匙
  2. 糖 少許
  3. 胡椒粉 少許
  4. 麻油 少許

做法

  1. 將韓國粉絲泡凍水浸軟,根據包裝後煮熟泡凍水備用
  2. 將調味料與粉絲拌勻
  3. 將牛肉醃15分鐘
  4. 甘筍洋蔥菠菜香菇切幼絲，木耳浸發後切幼絲。
  5. 冷鑊落油燒熱直至冒出微煙，放入蔬菜炒至軟身，加入牛肉炒熟。加入粉絲炒勻即可

Ingredient

  1. Shredded Beef 100g
  2. Korean Vermicelli 100g
  3. Carrot ½ strips
  4. Onion 1/4
  5. Minced Garlic 1 tsp
  6. Spinach 1 bunch
  7. Shiitake Mushrooms 2 pieces
  8. Fungus 5g

Seasoning

  1. Korean soy sauce 2 tbps
  2. Sugar 2tbps
  3. A little pepper
  4. Sesame Oil 1 tsp

Marinade

  1. Soy Sauce 1 tsp
  2. A little sugar
  3. A little pepper
  4. A little sesame oil

Cooking Method

  1. Soak the vermicelli to soften, then follow the packing instruction, fully cook it then rinse with cold water.
  2. Mix the seasonings with vermicelli.
  3. Marinate the beef for 15 mins.
  4. Shredded the carrot, onion, spinach and mushroom, soak the wood ear and shredded it.
  5. Heat the oil in wok until the oil start smoking, sautéed the vegetable to soften then add in beef, stir well.
  6. Add in the vermicelli, stir well. Serve.

Bahan

  1. Daging Sapi Abon 100g
  2. Bihun Korea 100g
  3. Wortel ½ strip
  4. Bawang 1/4
  5. Giling Bawang Putih 1 sdt
  6. Bayam 1 ikat
  7. Jamur Shiitake 2 buah
  8. Jamur 5g

Bumbu Perendam

  1. Kecap Korea 2 tbps
  2. Gula 2tbps
  3. Sedikit lada
  4. Minyak Wijen 1 sdt

Mengasinkan

  1. Kecap 1 sdt
  2. Sedikit gula
  3. Sedikit lada
  4. Sedikit minyak wijen

Metode memasak

  1. Rendam bihun untuk melunakkan, kemudian ikuti instruksi pengemasan, masak sepenuhnya lalu bilas dengan air dingin.
  2. Campur bumbu dengan bihun.
  3. Rendam daging sapi selama 15 menit.
  4. Iris wortel, bawang, bayam dan jamur, rendam telinga kayu dan parut.
  5. Panaskan minyak dalam wajan sampai minyak mulai merokok, tumis sayuran untuk melunakkan lalu tambahkan daging sapi, aduk rata.
  6. Tambahkan bihun, aduk rata. Dan siap di hidangkan .
