Japanese Beef Pot (sukiyaki)

Pot Daging Sapi Jepang (sukiyaki)

材料

  1. 京蔥1條
  2. 肥牛200克
  3. 豆腐1磚
  4. 紅蘿蔔4片
  5. 鮮冬菇4隻
  6. 娃娃菜1棵
  7. 洋蔥 1個
  8. 牛油 1湯匙

調味料

  1. 壽喜燒汁 250ml
  2. 鰹魚高湯粉 1湯匙 ＋ 水 250ml

醃料

做法

  1. 紅蘿蔔切厚片，用印模印出喜愛形狀，洋蔥切4份
  2. 小火溶掉牛油起鑊，放人洋蔥炒香
  3. 將其餘蔬菜放在鍋中，最後放上肥牛及豆腐
  4. 倒入壽喜燒汁及鰹魚高湯，蓋上鍋蓋煮滾即可

  2. Marble Beef 200g
  3. Tofu 1brick
  4. Carrot 4 pieces
  5. Fresh Mushroom 4
  6. Chinese Cabbage 1 bunch
  7. onion 1pc
  8. butter 1tbsp

Seasoning

  1. Sukiyaki Sauce 250ml
  2. Bonito broth powder 1tbsp + water 250ml

Marinade

Cooking Method

  1. Cut the carrot into thick pieces, press down the vegetable cutter. Cut the onion into 4pcs.
  2. Melted the butter in low-heat, sautéed the onion
  3. Add in the rest of vegetable, add in marbled beef and tofu at last.
  4. Pour in the bonito broth and sukiyaki sauce, cover the lid, bring it to boil. Serve.

Bahan

  1. Daun bawang 1 strip
  2. Daging Sapi Marmer 200g
  3. Tahu 1 bata
  4. Wortel 4 buah
  5. Jamur Segar 4
  6. Kubis Cina 1 ikat
  7. bawang bombay 1 buah
  8. mentega 1 sdm

Bumbu Perendam

  1. Saus Sukiyaki 250ml
  2. kaldu bubuk bonito 1 sdm + air 250ml

Mengasinkan

Metode memasak

  1. Potong wortel menjadi potongan-potongan tebal, tekan pemotong sayur. Potong bawang bombay menjadi 4 pcs.
  2. Lelehkan mentega dengan api kecil, tumis bawang bombay
  3. Tambahkan sisa sayuran, terakhir masukkan daging sapi marmer dan tahu.
  4. Tuang kaldu bonito dan saus sukiyaki, tutup, didihkan. Menyajikan.
