Deep- Fried Milk Roll
Susu Gulung Goreng
材料
- 方包10塊
- 鮮奶500ml
- 粟粉75g
- 糖100g

做法
- 煲熱一鍋水,把盤放下鍋中隔水煮。
- 倒入鮮奶與糖攪勻,再加入粟粉攪拌
- 煮成糊狀
- 倒入盤內攤平。
- 然後蒸10分鐘,取出冷卻後放入雪櫃冷藏至硬身。
- 將方包用麵棍壓扁,放入適量鮮奶餡
- 卷起內餡,用焗爐紙包好,用重物壓約5分鐘至成型
- 小火炸至表面金黃色即可。

Cooking Method
- Boil water in a pot, the bowl with milk sits on top of it to be double boiled.
- Mix the milk and corn flour in a bowl, add in the sugar and mix together.
- Stir while cooking until become mash, takes about 15mins.
- Spread the mash in a tray with oil.
- Steam it for 10mins to curdle it. Take out and put in the fridge to condensate it.
- Cut it in pieces as 6cm x 2cm.
- Heat the oil in wok until boiled, put the milk piece in
- Deep fried at slow fire until golden brown. Serve.

Metode memasak
- Potong melon musim dingin menjadi potongan-potongan.
- Campur air, manisan aprikot dan gula pasir, lelehkan gulanya
- Tuang ke dalam melon, kukus selama 15 menit, cek kematangan dengan tusuk gigi (mudah ditusuk)
- Masukkan ke dalam lemari es selama 2 jam. dan siap Sajikan.
