Curry fried rice
Nasi goreng kari
材料
- 白飯300g
- 洋蔥半個(切粒)
- 雞蛋一隻
- 牛肉碎100g
- 乾紅蔥頭一湯匙
- 蝦皮50g
- 葱1棵(切粒)
調味料
- 咖哩醬一湯匙
- 糖一茶匙
- 鹽半茶匙
醃料
做法
- 雞蛋攪勻後煎熟,切碎備用。
- 炒香洋蔥碎
- 然後放入飯、所有材料及調味料, 炒勻。完成。

- Minced beef 100g
- Dried red onion 1 tablespoon
- Dried small shrimps 50g
- Spring onion 1 bunch – diced
Seasoning
- Curry paste 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Marinade
Cooking Method
- Mixed the egg and fried it, chop into very small pieces. Set aside.
- Stir the onion

- Daging sapi cincang 100g
- Bawang merah kering 1 sendok makan
- Udang kecil kering 50g
- Daun bawang 1 bunch – dipotong dadu
Bumbu Perendam
- Pasta kari 1 sendok makan
- Gula 1 sendok teh
- Garam 1/2 sendok teh
Mengasinkan

- Campurkan telur dan goreng, potong kecil-kecil. Menyisihkan.

- dan tuangkan beras, bahan dan bumbu, aduk rata. Dan siap di hidangkan .
