Chicken Soup with Mixed Mushroom
Sup Ayam dengan Jamur Campuran

- 雞肉六両
- 雜菌四両
- 清水一斤
調味料
- 鹽兩茶匙
醃料
做法
- 雜菌切條
- 雞肉去皮切片,落少許生粉及鹽醃15分鐘。
- 水滾放入雜菌滾五分鐘
- 加入雞片再滾五分鐘,加鹽。完成。

- Chicken Meat 230g
- Mixed Mushrooms 150g
- Water 600ml
Seasoning
- Salt – 2 tsp
Marinade
Cooking Method
- Slice the Mixed Mushrooms
- Peel the skin and slice the chicken meat, marinate with little potato flour and salt for 15mins .
- Add in Mixed Mushrooms when the water boiled, simmer for 5mins
- Add in Chicken Meat simmer for another 5mins, pour in the salt. Serve.
Bahan
- Daging Ayam 230g
- Jamur Campuran 150g
- Air 600ml
Bumbu Perendam
- Garam 2 sdt
Mengasinkan
Metode memasak
- Iris daging ayam.
- Rendam dengan sedikit tepung kentang dan garam selama 15 menit.
- Tambahkan semua bahan saat air mendidih, didihkan selama 5 menit.
- Tuangkan garam. Dan siap di hidangkan.
