Chicken and Corn Soup
Sup Ayam dan Jagung

- 雞1隻
- 粟米蓉1盒
- 雞蛋1隻
- 洋蔥 1/2個
調味料
- 白胡椒粒 1茶匙
- 生粉 1湯匙+水
醃料
做法
- 將雞剪去皮
- 在MP5內先鋪洋蔥,放入雞隻,倒入胡椒粒。調較180度30分鐘。
- 完成後,將雞肉取出,雞骨放回MP5加2L熱水,180度30分鐘煮雞湯。隔去湯渣。
- 雞肉切粒。
- 將粟米蓉放入雞湯煮滾,加入生粉水打芡
- 放入雞肉,關火後再慢慢倒入雞蛋攪勻即可

- White peppercorn 1tsp
- Potato starch 1tbsp + water
Marinade
Cooking Method
- Remove the chicken skin.
- Put the onion in MP5, put the chicken on top. Add in white peppercorn. Set 180C for 30mins.
- take out the chicken, tear off the meat. Put back the chicken bone to MP5 and add in 2L of water, 180C and 30mins to cook chicken broth. Strain the ingredient.
- Diced the chicken
- Add in the sweet corn style to chicken broth, bring it to boil. Thicken the soup with potato starch water.
- add in chicken, turn off the heat, stir in egg slowly. Serve.
Bahan

- Krim Jagung Manis Gaya 1 kotak
- Telur 1
- bawang bombay 1/2 buah
Bumbu Perendam
- Lada putih 1 sdt
- Tepung kentang 1 sdm + air
Mengasinkan
Metode memasak
- Buang kulit ayam.
- Masukkan bawang bombay ke MP5, taruh ayam di atasnya, tambahkan merica putih, set 180C selama 30 menit.
- angkat ayam, sobek dagingnya, masukkan kembali tulang ayam ke MP5 dan tambahkan 2L air, 180C dan 30 menit untuk memasak kaldu ayam. Saring bahannya.
- Potong dadu ayam
- Masukkan jagung manis ala kaldu ayam, didihkan, kentalkan kuah dengan air pati kentang.
