Braised spare rib in plum sauce
Tulang rusuk daging yang direbus dalam saus prem
材料
- 話梅四両
- 腩排十二両至一斤
- 薑片、蔥少許
調味料
- 冰糖二両
- 鹽一茶匙
- 水一斤
醃料
- 生粉一茶匙
- 鹽一茶匙
做法
- 排骨切件加入醃料醃30分鐘
- 先煲滾水,加入話梅、薑片、蔥及調味料
- 將排骨煎至金黄色。
- 小火煮30分鐘至排骨軟身即可
Ingredient
- Dried plum 1/4catty
- Spare rib ~ 1catty
- Ginger, spring onion – few slices
Seasoning
- Rock sugar 1/8catty
- Salt 1tsp
- Water 1catty
Marinade
- Potato starch 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
Cooking Method
- Chopped the ribs in small pieces, marinade for 30 minutes
- Boil the water, add in dried plum, Ginger, spring onion and seasonings
- Pan-fry the rib until golden.
- Simmer 30 mins until the ribs soften. Serve.
Bahan
- prem kering 1/4 lemak
- iga ~ 1 cadangan
Bumbu Perendam
- Gula batu 1/8catty
- garam 1tsp
- siram air
Mengasinkan
- tepung kentang 1 sdt
- Garam 1 sdt
Metode memasak
- Cincang tulang rusuk dalam potongan-potongan kecil, bumbui selama 30 menit
- Rebus air, lalu tambahkan prem kering, iga, bumbu
- Rebus sampai iga melunak. Dan siap di hidangkan .
