Braised Pork Belly with Taro

Perut Babi Direbus dengan talas

材料

  1. 芋頭十二両
  2. 豬腩肉八両
  3. 薑一湯匙
  4. 乾蔥一湯匙
  5. 蒜一湯匙
  6. 柱侯醬兩湯匙

調味料

  1. 蠔油一湯匙
  2. 老抽一湯匙
  3. 紹酒兩湯匙
  4. 冰糖一両

醃料

做法

  1. 芋頭和腩肉切件。
  2. 油落鑊爆香薑、乾蔥及蒜，再加入柱侯醬及豬腩肉一齊炒。
  3. 然後加入調味料及清水蓋過面，加入芋頭
  4. 慢火炆45分鐘到淋身。完成。

Ingredient

  1. Taro 460g
  2. Pork Belly 230g
  3. Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp
  4. Shallot 1 tbsp
  5. Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
  6. Chu Hau Paste 2 tbsp

Seasoning

  1. Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
  2. Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  3. Shaoxing Wine 2 tbsp
  4. Crystal Sugar 38g

Marinade

Cooking Method

  1. Cut the taro and pork belly.
  2. Heat the oil in wok, sautéed the ginger, shallot and garlic, add in the pork belly and Chu Hau paste and stir-fry.
  3. Add in all seasoning and water cover the pork belly.
  4. Then add in the taro, simmer with slow fire for 45 mins until soften. Serve.

  1. Akar Teratai 460g
  2. Perut Babi 230g
  3. Cincang Jahe 1 sdm
  4. Bawang merah 1 sdm
  5. Cincang Bawang Putih 1 sdm
  6. Chu Hau Tempel 2 sdm

Bumbu Perendam

  1. Saus Tiram 1 sdm
  2. Saus Kedelai Gelap 1 sdm
  3. Anggur Shaoxing 2 sdm
  4. Gula Kristal 38g

Mengasinkan

Metode memasak

  1. Potong talas dan perut babi.
  2. Panaskan minyak dalam wajan, tumis jahe, bawang merah dan bawang putih, tambahkan perut babi dan tempelkan Chu Hau dan tumis. Tambahkan talas dan air menutupi perut babi. Kemudian tambahkan semua bumbu, didihkan dengan api kecil sampai lunak. Dan siap di hidangkan .
