Braised Curry Beef Brisket
Sandung lamur kari daging sapi rebus
材料
- 牛腩300g
- 牛筋300g
- 紅蘿蔔100g
- 洋蔥1個
- 薯仔1個
- 咖哩醬2湯匙
- 水700cc
- 椰汁200cc
- 檸檬葉兩塊
調味料
- 糖兩茶匙
- 鹽一茶匙
醃料
做法
- 紅蘿蔔、洋蔥、薯仔、牛腩切塊
- 冷鑊下油燒熱,炒香洋蔥
- 放入其餘材料
- 加入700ml水,咖哩醬及檸檬葉(可不加)
- 下水及煮一小時後 6. 加入調味料及椰漿,拌勻即可

- Potato 1
- Curry sauce – 1 tablespoon
- Water 1200cc
- Coconut milk 200cc
- Lime leaves 2pcs
Seasoning
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Sugar – 2 teaspoon
Marinade
Cooking Method
- Chopped the carrot, potato and onion into pieces, Chopped the brisket.
- Heat the oil in cold pan, saute the onion
- Add in all ingredient
- Pour 700ml of water, and curry paste, lime leaves(optional)
- Simmer for 1 hour. 6.add coconut milk, salt and sugar. Serve.
Bahan
- Sandung lamur daging sapi 300g
- Tendon daging sapi 300g
- Wortel 100g
- Bawang 1
- Kentang 1
- Saus kari-1 sendok makan
- Air 1200cc
- Santan 200cc
- Daun jeruk 2 lembar
Bumbu Perendam
- Garam-1 sendok teh
- Gula-2 sendok teh
Mengasinkan
Metode memasak
- Potong-potong wortel, kentang dan bawang bombay, Cincang Sandung lamur.
- Panaskan minyak dalam wajan dingin, tumis bawang bombay
- Masukkan semua bahan
- Tuang 700ml air, dan pasta kari, daun jeruk (opsional)
- Didihkan selama 1 jam.
- Tambahkan santan, garam dan gula pasir, sajikan.
