Braised Chicken in Sweet and Sour Sauce
Ayam Rebus Saus Asam Manis

- 雞扒一件切件
- 洋蔥半個切塊
- 薑三片切塊
- 燈籠椒一個切件
- 菠蘿兩片切件
- 蔥一棵切段
調味料
- 甜酸醬一包
- 酒一茶匙
醃料
做法
- 凍鑊落油燒熱,先炒香洋蔥,薑
- 再放入雞塊炒至七成熟
- 再放燈籠椒炒熟
- 贊酒後倒入酸甜醬
- 最後放入菠蘿炒勻即可

- Ginger 3 slices
- Bell pepper 1
- Pineapple 2
- green onion 1 bunch
Seasoning
- Sweet and Sour sauce – 1 pack
- Wine – 1 teaspoon
Marinade
Cooking Method
- Spread the oil in cold wok, heat until the oil start smoking. Sautéed the onion and ginger.
- add in the chicken pieces and stir-fry until 70% done.
- Add in bell pepper, stir well.
- Sprinkle in the wine, pour in sweet and sour sauce
- Add in pineapple, stir well. Serve.
Bahan
- Steak ayam 1 pc
- bawang bombay 1/2
- Jahe 3 iris
- Paprika 1
- Nanas 2
- daun bawang 1 ikat
Bumbu Perendam
- Saus Asam Manis – 1 bungkus
- Anggur – 1 sendok teh
Mengasinkan
Metode memasak
- Panaskan minyak dalam wajan dingin, panaskan hingga minyak mulai berasap, tumis bawang bombay dan jahe.
- masukkan potongan ayam dan tumis hingga 70% matang.
- Masukkan paprika, aduk rata.
- Taburkan anggur, tuangkan saus asam manis
- Tambahkan nanas, aduk rata. Sajikan.
