Beef Borscht
Daging Sapi Borscht
材料
- 牛肋條1.5斤
- 紅蘿蔔1條
- 薯仔2顆
- 蕃茄3顆
- 洋蔥1顆
- 椰菜半個
- 西芹3條
- 水1500ml
- 蕃茄醬100ml
- 茄膏1湯匙
- 黑椒1茶匙
- 迷迭香少許
- 月桂葉數片

醃料
做法
- 洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、薯仔、西芹及蕃茄切粒。
- 牛肋條切細件。
- 然後將牛肋條炒香。
- 加入洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、西芹炒至軟身
- 加入茄膏、蕃茄、黑椒及迷迭香炒勻。
- 再加入水、月桂葉、薯仔及椰菜大火煲滾。
- 然後轉中小火煲40分鐘。焗30分鐘。
- 按個人喜好在碗中加入鹽。完成。

- Tomato Paste 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Rosemary – little
- Bay Leave – few pieces

Cooking Method
- Dice the potatoes, carrot, tomatoes, onion and celery.
- Chop the rib finger.
- Sautéed the rib finger.
- Add in onion, carrot and celery, stir fry until soften.
- Add in tomato paste, tomato, black pepper and rosemary, stir well.
- Pour in water, bay leaves, potatoes and cabbage, bring to boil.
- Turn to medium low heat and cook for 40mins. Let it for another 30mins.
- Add salt in own bowl, Serve.

- Kubis 1/2
- Seledri 3 batang
- Air 15ooml
- Saus Tomat 100 ml
- Pasta Tomat 1 sdm
- Lada Hitam 1 sdt
- Rosemary – kecil
- Bay Leave (daun bay)- beberapa potong

Metode memasak
- Potong kentang, wortel, tomat, bawang merah dan seledri.
- Potong tulang rusuk.
- Tumis jari rusuk.
- Tambahkan bawang, wortel dan seledri, tumis sampai lunak.
- Tambahkan pasta tomat, tomat, lada hitam dan rosemary, aduk rata.
- Tuang ke dalam air, daun salam, kentang dan kubis, didihkan.
- Nyalakan dengan api sedang dan masak selama 40 menit. Biarkan selama 30 menit.
- Tambahkan garam dalam mangkuk sendiri, Sajikan.
