Beef ball soup in Chaozhou style
Sup daging sapi gaya Chaozhou
材料
- 牛肉300g
- 芹菜2棵(切粒)
- 芫茜一棵(切粒)
調味料
- 蠔油一茶匙
- 鹽半茶匙
- 糖一茶匙
- 油一湯匙
- 雞湯1000cc
醃料
做法
- 將芫茜和芹菜切碎
- 將牛肉、與調味料攪拌。
- 加入約 2-3湯匙水令牛肉變滑
- 加入芹菜和油
- 順時針攪拌,及提起牛肉撻至碗內(重複以上步驟約10分鐘)
- 用手擠成球狀,放入雞湯內煮熟。
- 最後放上芫茜即可

- Celery 2 bunch – diced
- Coriander 1 bunch – diced
Seasoning
- Oyster sauce 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Oil 1 teaspoon
- Chicken stock 1000cc
Marinade
Cooking Method
- Blend the beef, celery and seasoning with the blender.
- Make the minced ingredient until it is sticky, then rub into balls. Pour them into the chicken stock until the soup boiled.
- Put the coriander on top. Serve.
Bahan
- Daging sapi 300g
- Celery 2 bunch – dipotong dadu
- daun Ketumbar 1 Ikat – dipotong dadu
Bumbu Perendam
- Saus tiram 1 sendok teh
- Garam 1/2 sendok teh
- Gula 1 sendok teh
- Minyak 1 sendok teh
- Kaldu ayam 1000cc
Mengasinkan
Metode memasak
- Haluskan daging sapi, seledri dan bumbu dengan blender.
- Buat bahan cincang sampai lengket, lalu gosokkan ke dalam bola. Tuang semua ke dalam kaldu ayam sampai supnya direbus.
- Masukkan daun ketumbar ke atasnya. Dan siap di hidangkan.
