Assorted Vegetables in Curry Sauce
Aneka Sayuran dalam Saus Kari

- 椰菜花1個
- 洋蔥半個
- 甘荀100g
- 蒜頭4粒 (切片)
調味料
- 咖哩醬1湯匙
- 花奶1/2杯
- 鹽半茶匙
- 糖1茶匙
醃料
做法
- 椰菜花切開1口大小,洋蔥、甘荀切塊
- 冷鑊落油燒熱,炒香蒜片洋蔥
- 放入椰菜花及甘荀,加1杯水
- 放入調味料,拌性加蓋煮5分鐘即可

- Onion 1/2
- Carrot 100g
- Garlic 4 – Sliced
Seasoning
- Curry Paste 1 tbsp
- Evaporated Milk 1/2cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
Marinade
Cooking Method
- Remove the stem of cauliflower, cut into mouthful size, then onion and carrot cut into pieces.
- Spread oil in cold pan, heat it, sautéed the onion and garlic
- Add in cauliflower and carrot, pour in 1cup of water.
- Add in seasonings, mix well, simmer for 5mins. Serve.
Bahan
- kembang kol 1
- Bawang 1/2
- Wortel 100g
- Bawang Putih 4 Iris
Bumbu Perendam
- Pasta Kari 1 sdm
- Susu Evaporasi 1/2 cangkir
- Garam 1/2 sdt
- Gula 1 sdt
Mengasinkan
Metode memasak
- Buang batang kembang kol, potong seukuran suap, lalu potong bawang bombay dan wortel.
- Panaskan minyak di wajan dingin, panaskan, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih
- Tambahkan kembang kol dan wortel, tuangkan 1 gelas air.
- Tambahkan bumbu, aduk rata, didihkan selama 5 menit. Sajikan.
